- bloom* (motivational/self-care reminders - nice to remind yourself to take it easy, relax, do something - can be set to go off randomly or scheduled)
- BragVestPro (scouting - tracks all rank/elective achievements for Tiger through Webelos II, plus can track individual belt loop and pin items completed)
- Cut the Rope (game - puzzle-style game)
- Dolphin (browser - use this most of the time, though I have certain pages I leave open with Safari)
- Doodle Dots (game - 2 player passable)
- Doodle Ships (game - 2 player passable)
- Dropbox (access to your files)
- Evernote (list - can share, just haven't explored it)
- Facebook (if you're in to that)
- Faling Stars (music making)
- Fooducate (rates foods based on health - great info)
- GarageBand (music making and mixing)
- Grocery IQ (shopping list)
- HeyWire (free texting app - we only use iMessage - this enables us to text non-iPhone users)
- Key Ring (organize various reward/membership cards)
- Motion Math (educational - great for teaching fractions/decimals and their relationship)
- MyFitnessPal (fitness - tracks activities and foods)
- Nature Sound Lite (white noise background sounds - terrific for blocking out children's voices when napping)
- OOReader (Open Office reader - use w/Dropbox)
- Presidents vs. Aliens (educational game - teaches about the presidents, the order they come in, some of the things that they did or happened when they were in office, etc.)

- RunKeeper (fitness - more for running/walking)
- Santa's Bag (Gift tracking - can set up a budget per person, tracks items purchased, where to get them, password protection available to keep nosy children out - extremely handy - wish you could share it)
- Soundhound (IDs songs - great for being in the car wondering who sings that song so you can buy it)
- Stack the Countries (educational game - teaches all sorts of things about the countries of the world)
- Stack the States (educational game - teaches all sorts of things about the various states)
- Swackett (weather - fun male, female, dog and cat "peeps" with appropriate gear for the current/upcoming weather)
- Teach Me series (education - only tried 1st grade, but it's been great for spelling, writing and math, plus a bit of budgeting - saving to buy in-game items )
- Where's My Water? (game - puzzle-style game)
- Zoom (educational - math activity, showing relationships of decimals and whole numbers)
iPhone Apps
These are some of the apps I really like for the iPhone. Most are free, some have free versions (that I've tried, then purchased) and some are pay only. I think the most I've paid for any app is $4.99 - the rest are a couple of bucks. Maybe some day
